In the basic and standard configuration the booster pump can be delivered in a stainless steel variant instead of the standard cast construction.

The tank system with two chambers including a safety trough prevents the leakage of fluids such as fuel, oil or softeners.

The ultra high-pressure pumps of the Y-series are particularly compact. Due to the small size and low weight, they can be easily installed in units with very small base frames.

With operating pressures of up to 1000 bar, the Y-series pumps are ideally suited to a wide variety of cleaning work, e.g. in the chemical industry, oil and gas industries as well as in the area of ship cleaning.

The used sealing water system prevents leakage, enables an especially high durability of the high-pressure seals and counteracts the ingress of air. The coated steel plungers enhance wearing resistance and resistance to temperature shocks.

Engine:
The water-cooled YANMAR 53 kW diesel engine with DPF is economical
and robust and has an optional automatic start-stop function.

Continuous Flow Heater:
Automatic shutdown of the heating elements when there is no water supply
increases safety and saves energy costs.

The unit and the continuous flow heater are operated via a common, modern and intuitive control with a 4,3" display.

With integrated SPS and CAN master capability, this is the perfect solution for high-pressure applications that require an innovative control and visualisation system.

The radio remote control offers maximum operating comfort based on the latest technology and is suitable for use with diesel-powered high-pressure units. It has a radio range of up to 300 m and an operating time of up to 8 hours.

The intuitive graphical user interface offers the highest level of operating comfort: in addition to displaying the operating parameters and any fault messages that occur, it also enables bidirectional communication with the high-pressure unit.
