The new GraderPro 150 can handle 54,000 eggs/hour and offers single egg traceability for small- and medium-size egg grading companies. The egg tracing software enables you to track your eggs back to where they came from.

Maximum hygiene – The design of the machine ensures that the all-integrated CIP (cleaning-in-place) cleans all the necessary parts without blind spots in a cost-efficient way. That’s why we focused on this aspect specifically with the GraderPro and enabled it for CIP integration, resulting in significant cost reduction through saved manpower for cleaning and less energy consumption through re-use of water. 

High efficiency – Plenty of design improvements lead to the highest possible efficiency. Like the end release of the machine frame, making it possible to run the?GraderPro?at full speed even if the packing lanes?are full. Or the re-design of the main track alongside the new no-side-impact technology, which lets the GraderPro run with reduced track speed of up to 25% compared to other manufactures.
