Sanovo - Egg Tray Stack Palletizer

The SANOVO Stack Palletizer is a fully automated tray stack palletizing machine with a capacity of 40,000 - 80,000 eggs/hour. Designed for automatic egg handling of table eggs but also fertilized eggs. Operator-friendly set up and very efficient production process to avoid manual labor.

The palletizer picks up 4 stacks of 6 trays from the supply conveyor and loads them onto the pallet on 5 or 6 layers (depending on requirements).

• Handles plastic trays, plastic dividers, and plastic pallets as EggsCargoSystem®, but also pulp trays

First of all, the Stack Palletizer is incredibly easy to maintain. Almost no cleaning required and the total cost of ownership is comparably low, also due to low energy consumption. In addition, system issues can easily be reported via the built-in modem, since the Stack Palletizer can be diagnosed by us online.

Durability and safety
The Stack Palletizer comes with standard parts and inspection time intervals can be kept low as the number of parts are only few. All parts are naturally produced and food safe according to CE regulations and machine directive.
