UltraCruz - Equine Cooling Gel for Horses
UltraCruz® Equine Cooling Gel for Horses is a cooling and tightening liniment for use on horses and large animals that aids in the relief of minor stiffness and soreness caused by overexertion. Carefully selected ingredients such as Camphor and Menthol aid in the treatment of tendon and ligament problems like bowed tendons, stocking up (edema), suspensory ligament damage and wind puffs, with little or no scurfing.

Camphor is used topically to help increase local blood flow and act as a counterirritant. It is also used to help with pain and creates a cooling sensation and is thought to be slightly stimulating to blood circulation.
Please note that Camphor is included in the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) forbidden substance list.
Menthol helps loosen stiff joints and reduce muscle inflammation. Isopropyl Alcohol can be used as a rubefacient to relieve muscle stiffness or excessive perspiration in horses. This formula contains 70% alcohol and 30% water so that it will not evaporate before being effective, and will not be strong enough to irritate skin or create uncomfortably strong fumes.

Active Ingredients: UltraCruz® Equine Cooling Gel contains Water (Purified), Isopropyl Alcohol, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Camphor, Menthol.
Directions for Use: Stir well before using. Rub onto leg against and with hair, then apply solely with hair. Wrap with bandage for no longer than 12 hours. Bandage may be left on while working or walking. Remove with warm water.

Storage: Store in a cool dark area out of direct sunlight. Keep product from freezing.
