Hot and cold resistant strip mastics used in joints of wall metal sheets provide excellent sealing in all kinds of climate. 

BOLT

To ensure maximum durability at all junction points of silo wall metal sheets and stiffeners, DACROMET 500 plated bolts having 10.9 quality are used. High density conical polyethylene gaskets in our bolts keep the tightness at the highest level.

WALL METAL SHEET

Prolongs the life of the silo using a total of 600 gr/m² galvanized metal sheet on both surfaces and gets ahead of its competitors who use less coatings.

GALVANIZATION

600 gr/m² galvanized coating used optional by its competitors, Azim-Tav uses as standard. In addition, compared to its competitors making production using 275 - 350 gr/m² of galvanized coating, the lifetime of the silo increases up to 120% **.

Note: ** The amount of galvanized coating in wall metal sheets is preferred according to natural phenomena such as humidity, wind and sand storm to which the area where the silo will be installed will be exposed and the frequency of filling and discharging of silo. The more friction on the wall sheet metal, the lower gets the galvanizing life.
