Himel - Feed Mixer System
The heart of every HIMEL feed mixer is the extremely effective compulsory mixing system (mixing auger in the sheet steel cylinder) with a mixing accuracy of 1:100000. The mixing material slides evenly downwards and is repeatedly conveyed upwards and spread by the encased auger. The mixing time is 3-15 minutes, depending on the mixer size. Discharge takes approx. 10 minutes (depending on the discharge unit). The filling time depends on the filling units and/or the crusher and mill. Full signal contact, inspection hatches and inspection windows increase operational safety. Additional components such as minerals are added via the standard admixing hopper or (with electronic control) are automatically metered into the mixing container made of sheet steel.
