OneTouch Feeder II is a rail-going bale chopper and takes care of feeding according to a pre-programmed feeding routine. Feeding can be started by the press of a button, alternatively at defined times of the day.

If OneTouch Feeder II is to be used with free-standing feed table, the OneTouch Feeder II with chassis for docking is recommended.

OneTouch Feeder II is developed on the basis of our FlexiFeeder, making it a fully automated feeding solution. It is programmed to feed based on zones, with a possibility of differentiating forage given to each group. Accessories for adding concentrates is available and can be added to the feeding pattern.

The program can be started automatically at up to six different times during the day.

Rail-going

OneTouch Feeder II is a rail-going machine and is driven by two beam trolleys with electrical motors. When used on a single beam with bends, the front beam trolley is four-wheel drive and the rear is two-wheel drive. For going only in a straight line, two beams are recommended. In these cases, the beam trolleys in the front are four-wheel drive and the rear ones are without motors.

Reinforced knife drum

OneTouch Feeder II features a reinforced knife drum with capacity of 60 knives. This gives better resistance for the added wear of automated machines and enables the possibility to adjust the knife setup.

Programmable

OneTouch Feeder II is programmable by setting up a feeding pattern defining amount of roughage and concentrates for each group of animals. Feeding can start automatically at given hours, by using the HMI panel or by using an app.
