Beidou - Model NPK -Fertilizer Manufacturing Plant
Raw materials: NPK fertilizer, urea, MOP,DAP,MAP,SOP,etc. Application: It is often used to blend or mix granular NPK and TE fertilisers.
This NPK + TE fertilizer blending line consists of:
1.Automatic Batching for fertilizer blending equipment
Various materials are proportioned as per the formula by the 4-10 bins batching machine, which can complete materials batching automatically with high accuracy and high efficiency,thus the quality of the fertilizer is ensured.
After batching, the materials are conveyed to the Mixer Machine.
Blender/Mixer Machine
We adopt automatic and continuous mixer machine in this fertilizer production line, special designing could not damage the raw fertilizers when mixing.
Automatic Packaging
After mixing of raw materials, the blended fertilizer will be weighed and packed into a bag with 5kg, 10kg, 20kg.
