Overview of Sawdust Flash Dryer: Sawdust flash dryer agricultural waster dryer is a new type of biomass material drying hardware solution, which is widely used in wood pellet plants and charcoal briquette processing plants. Called a line dryer, it is an acceptable choice for strong raw materials with high flow capacity. The reasonable moisture content of biomass raw materials used to make wood pellets and biomass briquettes is 3%-10%. This efficient wood dryer can process materials with an initial moisture content of less than half.
The whole wood dryer is mainly composed of a hot air stove, feeder, drying tube, typhoon kick bucket, tornado separator, and control structure. When the wood chips pass through the pipe, the wet moisture will be removed from the material, and the dry wood chips will be released from the typhoon separator. The dryer adopts a multi-circulation heating frame to strengthen the heat and mass exchange. Under the premise of onetime granulation/ briquettes, the moisture of the material can be dried by half, which is extremely labor-saving. We have two types of sawdust dryers for customers to browse.
