Flat Bed Die Cutting Machine

Pepin’s new flat bed die cutting machine is quicker to set up than rotary die cutting machines, reducing downtime and changeover costs. Working in a stamping motion, our state-of-the-art, 60-ton Preco flat bed die cutting machine is capable of producing hundreds of thousands of parts per day, while providing better dimensional tolerance than rotary die cutting. With its ability to die cut thicker materials using less expensive steel rule die tooling, flat bed die cutting offers benefits over rotary die cutting.
