Our family`s business began more than a century ago.

January 1, 1906

Establishment of the blacksmith firm "Oruboni Rosa ved. Mainardi Giuseppe" .

After her husband died in 1892, our great-grandmother with her sons Arnaldo , Pietro and Luigi (theologian, future Monsignor at the Curia of Milan) continued, helped by workers, to run her husband`s blacksmith shop.

July 12, 1929

His brother Pietro leaves the company which registers with the Chamber of Commerce as "Mainardi Arnaldo & Figli".

November 30, 1939

It becomes a "de facto company" .

1951

Upon his father`s death, the company took the name "Mainardi Arnaldo e Figli di Piero e Giulio" .

Collaboration with "BCS" begins and the company becomes a factory for the production of agricultural machinery.

1976

Piero dies and the company takes the name "Mainardi Arnaldo di Giulio ed Eredi di Piero" .

It transforms into an Srl with the name "Mainardi ASrl" .

February 26, 2005

Giulio Mainardi dies.
