McCrometer Connect - Frost Monitoring Systems
Timely actions during a frost period can make or break a season. Wireless Frost Monitoring gives growers access to critical temperature and relative humidity data when and how they need it.
The Cellular Package* includes data every 15 minutes, with station alarms that will trigger and force a transmission of data when the temperature falls below a set point. In addition to time-critical frost alarms, 15 minute data gives growers the ability to closely watch trends in temperatures and allocate resources appropriately.
The Satellite Package includes data every two hours, with station alarms that will trigger and force a transmission of data when the temperature falls below a set point. Using our Premium Satellite Modem (included), typical response times are within 1 to 5 minutes of an event, allowing users to take action immediately when a crop is at risk.
