In order to optimally meet the sorting requirements for a particular type of fruit (numbers graded as per the standard, packaging method and/or desired hourly capacity), there are several versions of MINIGRAM models available: mono-fruit or multi-fruit, single-speed or multi-speed, 6 or 10 exits.
MINIGRAM 2 with “universal” cups spaced 100 mm apart
Fitted with 6 or 10 exits, this model enables the sorting of all fruits from apricots to pears and even melons.
Depending on the type of fruit (small, medium or large) and version, the sorting machine works at a rate of 10,000, 15,000 or 20,000 cups per hour.
As an example, MINIGRAM 2 can handle up to 1.8 tonnes of apples per hour and up to 3 tonnes of melons per hour.
MINIGRAM 2+ with “small” cups spaced 76 mm apart
Fitted with 6 or 10 exits, this model enables the sorting of “small” fruits, such as apricots, plums and kiwis, as well as “medium” fruits, such as peaches, apples, pears and tomatoes.
Depending on the type of fruit (small or medium) and version, the sorting machine works at a rate of 20,000 or 30,000 cups per hour.
As an example, MINIGRAM 2+ can handle up to 1.2 tonnes of apples and apricots per hour.
SMART:
The MINIGRAM can be marketed with two different circular conveyors, one fitted with “universal” cups and the other with “small” cups.
These 2 circular conveyors, which are interchangeable in less than 15 minutes, enable you to sort fruits from 20 grams to 2 kilograms, be they apricots or melons, on a single machine, at maximum speed for each fruit.
