Rice mill Flow Chart:

Paddy Cleaner → Destoner → Paddy husker → Paddy Separator → Rice Whitener → water polisher → Rice Grader → Color Sorter → Packing

1. Rice finishes being cleaned by vibrating/drum sieve, destoner and magnetic separator, and then through rubber roller husker for hulling, by paddy separator get pure hulled brown rice
2. Through Rice Whitener and Rice polisher get finish quality white rice
3. Husk, broken rice, rice bran etc by product are collected out from machine respectively.
