Genfog - Gutter Suspension Systems and Technologies

The use of suspended gutter systems adapts to the trend towards soilless culture growing systems and has many advantages:

• Drainage water and fertilizers can be stockpiled and reused.
• The same water distribution is provided for each plant.
• Optimum air circulation is provided for the products.
• Control of product growth is observed better.
• The spread of diseases and pests is minimized.
• Thanks to its optimum working height, higher workforce efficiency is provided. Thanks to these advantages of the system, it is possible to grow high quality products and to save money on efficient labor and growing costs.

Growing beds are produced with a mobile roll-form machine to be found in the field in order to have the desired length and single piece structure. In our design, gutters are placed on 60x40x2mm galvanized box profiles to be mounted along the greenhouse fronts. These support profiles will be mounted on the greenhouse front columns.
