Giesen - Model W6A Pro -Automatic Coffee Roaster
The W6A Pro from Giesen represents advanced, automated coffee roasting technology aimed at enhancing efficiency and precision in the coffee roasting process. Capable of handling batch sizes ranging from 0.5 to 7 kilograms, this roaster utilizes a natural or propane gas heating system and boasts a range of features designed to streamline operations. It includes an automatic Green Coffee Conveyor for effortless bean transfer, sophisticated cooling systems with adjustable fan and stirrer controls, and Giesen Profiler software for session tracking and profile replication. The modular design incorporates an adjustable control panel with a storage shelf, LED lighting above the cooling sieve, and maintenance doors for easy cleaning. Moreover, the W6A Pro seamlessly integrates with additional equipment such as the Destoner, External Cyclone, and SFE Filter. It is CE Certified, reflecting high standards of quality and safety, aiming to professionalize and simplify coffee roasting.
Automated process
Green Coffee Conveyor
The green coffee conveyor, which transports your beans directly into the hopper, is optional with the W6 Pro. This means no more heavy lifting and reduced manual handling tasks so you can focus fully on the things that matter.
Advanced cooling
The precise control of the stirrer’s speed and the cooling fan’s power determine the speed at which your coffee beans cool after the roast. Once the cooling process is done you can automatically load your beans our of the cooling sieve.
Smart roasting
This software is invented to record your roasting sessions and to repeat profiles automatically. It helps you keep track of all your roasting sessions and lets you export them. Basically, Giesen Profiler saves you valuable time. So experience the possibilities as the software is fully integrated with the W6 Pro.
