Pheasant Acre Plants is an established family business run by Rob Evans that operates from nursery premises near Bridgend in South Wales.

Initially we specialised in the supply of gladioli corms and have received numerous awards for our gladioli displays at leading RHS and regional flower shows including Gold Medals at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show every year since our first showing there in 2010.

A few years ago we extended our range to spring flowering bulbs, daffodils and tulips, and then added alliums to our range. The quality of our early flowering produce has been recognised by the award of an RHS Gold Medal for our spring bulbs display at the RHS Spring Show in Cardiff in 2012.

In recent years we have begun growing, and showing, dahlias which we have sold as tubers at the earlier shows and as plants in flower in pots at the later seasonal shows. In 2012 we were able to substantially increase our growing area at the nursery which enabled us to increase production and to further extend our range so that we can now supply pot-grown dahlia plants ordered via our website, delivered in specialised packs of 3 by post, from spring 2013. The plants are dispatched hardened ready for planting outdoors for summer and autumn flowering.

If you wish to see our products on display come to one of the seasonal shows where we exhibit and have a look at a medal-winning display of our plants in full flower. We are always pleased to see our customers in person and to advise on their particular needs.

We supply premium quality corms, bulbs, tubers, plugs and plants to gardeners and to exhibitors from our gold medal-winning collections.

Our gladioli corms are all of top quality and optimum size and are all sold in packets of 10. They are available for delivery from February until May for Spring planting.

We supply dahlias as tubers available from January, as plugs (well-rooted cuttings) from March, and as plants (grown in 10 cm pots) from April.

Our bulbs for Autumn planting, Alliums, Tulips and Narcissi, are available from September until November.

Customers wanting specific varieties of our produce are advised to pre-order in good time to ensure their availability.

Our single standard charge for postage and packaging applies for all shipments to the UK mainland. Please note that for orders that involve more than one shipment because they have to be sent in different packaging or at different times (such as for a combined order for gladioli corms and dahlia plants) there will be a p&p charge for each consignment.
