KETT - Model PT-2700 - Grain Moisture Tester
The KETT PT-2700 is an on-line grain moisture tester engineered by KETT, a Japanese company acclaimed for its expertise in electronic instrumentation for laboratory environments. This device is designed to facilitate the drying process of paddy rice by providing accurate moisture content readings. Capable of being mounted directly onto a dryer, the PT-2700 operates in both manual and automatic modes. In manual mode, it measures moisture levels of paddy rice, while in automatic mode, it integrates with the dryer system to manage the drying process, halting the dryer once a pre-set humidity level is attained. This model demonstrates an accuracy of ±0.5% for moisture readings up to 20%, making it a reliable tool for ensuring optimal rice drying conditions. The moisture tester KETT PT-2700 is designed to be mounted on a dryer and read the moisture content of the paddy rice automatically during the entire drying step.
The on-line grain moisture tester KETT PT-2700 has two basic operating modes: MANUAL and AUTOMATIC.
In MANUAL mode, PT-2700 reads only the moisture content of the paddy rice.
In AUTO mode the instrument is connected in parallel to the framework of the dryer, manages drying then reached the humidity value set, the PT-2700 automatically switches off the dryer.
