Zaccaria - Model PLZ-50/30 -Grains Pre-cleaner / Cleaner

The operating principle consists of three steps, as it follows:

First step: an aspiration chamber separates the lighter impurities through a upstream airflow created by a fan that is also responsible for transporting the impurities until the equipment which will collect it.

Second step: sieves overlapping in parallel with different sizes of screens associated to the vibratory movement and inclination, remove the biaaer and smaller impurities.

Third step: An air column is placed in the grains outlet, removing the lighter impurities that did not come out in the previous steps. All impurities removed has a distinct output in the equipment, the
bigger and smaller are collected in bags at the machine's lateral side, and the lighter is transported to a cyclone or sleeve filter for later being packed.
