Greentec Cheetah - Model 30/13 -Combinations Wood Chipper

GCS – Greentec Control System. Own hydraulic cooling system (using airstream of blades of disc). Less power needed because the infeed is at an angle. Milled disc: disc is even sunken towards the next blade. All machines are manufactured out of premium steel 355 (52-3).

Woodchipper

Chipper disc

  • Versions with 2 or 3 blades.
  • Milled disc: disc is even sunken towards the next blade resulting in high infeed speed with minimal resistance.
  • Equipped with interchangeable cleaning blocks.

Quality

  • All machines are manufactured out of premium steel 355 (52-3).
  • Discharge chute, bottom beneath disc equipped with replacable wear plate made of hardwearing Hardox steel.
  • After sandblasting machines are double powder coated.
  • Machines are made of durable materials, including bearings, hydraulic valves, engines, pumps and more.
  • Clearance in the gearbox (full oilbath).

Servicing

  • Knives are easy accessible when the infeed rollers are hydraulically positioned above the machine.
  • Disc is easy to lock for chaging the knives.
  • Heavy-duty hinged hood over the chopping disc which is locked when opened.
  • Hinged lid over rollers, underneath grease points are easy to reach.
  • Counter knives adjustable and can be used multiple times.
