Harvesting Totes
From Boxes and Totes
Harvesting Totes contribute to greater efficiency by protecting quality, saving time and enhancing the bottom line. Rather than transferring produce from container to container, which can cause bruising and reduce the value of a harvest, Harvesting Totes allow produce to be harvested, stored and transported in one container. Several sizes are available, and custom designs are cost effective even for short runs—no cost-prohibitive injection molds required.

Harvesting Totes are made from soft, twin-wall plastic material that is lightweight yet provides exceptional strength. Air is trapped between the flutes providing insulation to help maintain freshness. Heat-sealing the edges locks out contaminants and bacteria from the flutes, making the containers easy to clean and sanitize. Additionally, the soft material cushions delicate produce to help reduce bruising and maintain quality.
