VERSATILITY FOR USE IN A VARIETY OF SEED BED CONDITIONS
Haybuster`s grain and grass drills are truly All Purpose drills. They will seed a wide variety of seeds; from warm and cool season grasses and legumes to small grains and soybeans. Up to three different products can be metered simultaneously at different rates (when the optional legume box is attached). Choose your combination: three seeds, or two seeds and dry fertilizer, the combination is up to you. These drills work well in all conditions, conventional, minimum till, no-till as well as pasture rennovation and reclamation projects.

TWO SEED BOXES

The 107C has two seed boxes with individual metering. The Third box (front) is the optional legume box. The three seed boxes provide the flexibility to plant up to three different seeds, or two different seeds and drv fertilizer can be aoolied at three different rates.

MULTIPLE DRILL OPTIONS

The 107C may beset up with 2 or 3 drill hitches that provide endwise transport. Built-in transport wheels easily pivot 90 degrees to transport position.

EASY PULL-TYPE TRANSPORT

Convenient for narrow gates and roads. Single drill transport width same as seeding width. The 107C has a 10` 6" (3.20 m) seeding width.

INFINITE RATE ADJUSTMENTS

Rate adjustments are infinite and simple on both the seed boxes and the legume box. New plastic seed cups.

Legume box
The legume box attachment features fluted-feed cups which are capable of accurately metering small seeds even at very low rates. The hopper will hold up to 2.2 bushels of seed. The optional legume box drop tube assembly includes 18 drop tubes for each 10-ft. (3.12 m) drill section, and separates the legume box from the coulter-disc openers. The legume box allows for shallow seed placement.
 
Depth Band
The depth band option includes a set of 18 depth bands for a 10 ft. (3.12 m) drill section. The depth bands are bolted onto the coulter to limit the maximum seeding depth.
 
Native grass attachment
One attachment per each 10 ft. (3.12 m) drill section, includes 2 seed box agitators, large seed hoses, seed boots. The native grass attachment is designed for light, fluffy seeds. The native grass attachement places the seed shallow in front of the packer wheel.
 
Single Bottom Agitator
Keeps seeds from bridging in the seed box.
 
Ballast barrels (mounts)
This option is used to add weight to the machine for aid in coulter penetration of hard ground.
