We specialise in the custom manufacture of Paneltech panels. If you need tough, easily cleaned and insulated pens, gates and walls, this is the product of choice. Paneltech panels have a fully bonded internal ribbing structure, this gives the finished panel unrivaled stiffness and strength. The enclosed air pockets coupled with the low thermal conductivity of polyethylene means there is no condensation internally and the panel has good insulation properties.

Paneltech Panels are 53 mm thick. The low thermal conductivity of the polyethylene and retained air in the ribbing gives a high insulation value and internal condensation will not develop.

The best for hygiene:
Polyethylene is unaffected and resistant to disinfectants and detergents. It is quickly and throroughly cleaned with a high pressure washer and minimum water usage.
Custom Welding:Our in house custom welding facility allows us to produce panels to exact lengths and widths. We hold `standard` panels in stock so we can quickly produce the panels required.
