The HOP ROCKET hopper consists of a cylindrical tank with a total volume of 215 liters and a working volume of 175 liters, constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with a 2B internal finish and satin external finish.
The hops are inserted or recovered through two hermetic doors in AISI 304 stainless steel, remaining trapped inside the tank thanks to two filter nets, one of the Widge Wire type and the other laser-cut, both in stainless steel, easily removable and sanitizable.
