Horti-Wrap - Model W-1007-1000 -Mechanical Container Wrapper for Greenhouses

The HortiWrap is especially designed to replace manual wrapping of DC containers. With this machine you can start and finish with a flat wrapping. The overlap can be adjusted smoothly (the speed at which the roller moves up). You can still feed the sheets manually, so they won`t get inbetween the posts. Thanks to its compact built it only occupies a work space of 0.8 x 1.2 meters. 
It`s a very solid design and  comes with a 3 year full warranty.

The control is manually, and the roll moves up mechanically. That`s why the HortiWrap does not contain any sensitive electric elements or electric power.

The use is very simple, and a manual isn`t necessary. See our short video for a demonstration.  
The carts can be easily turned, and the entire cart wrapping process takes about 30 seconds. You may save up to 30% of the normal foil usage. You won`t need any special wrapping for for this machine. You can machine roll single sided, use perforated foil or net foil, which you can also order from us as well.  

In combination with our transportation cart  the HortiWrap can be moved around very easily and manually. 

The HortiWrap comes with a frame that`s suitable for Danish containers, and a post that 2.45 meters high.
Frames for eurocontainers, roll containers of US containers are also available. For other sizes you can contact our Customer Service, for a solution that works for you.
