Bongioanni - Model CRL - Hydraulic Log Carriage with Variable Axis
The carriage is made of two superposed independent frames with high stability. Headblocks are mounted on the upper frame, assuring a perfect headblock alignment during the time. The cutting axis can rotate and adjust according to log conicity. The right cutting position is found through frame rotation and not through log positioning. Dogs clamping and unclamping controlled by oleo dynamic cylinders.
Mobile hydraulic dogs with adjustable positions in continuous {up to 150 mm}. Oleodynamic circuit with VARIABLE DELIVERY PUMP: it allows more simultaneous movements without decreasing speed. Feeding unit with cable controlled by electric vectorial unit (variable speed up to 150 m/min). Electronic thickness setting device with programmable microprocessor with electroluminescent tactile screen "ALPHA 098".
