IMC - Model LCE Series -Laser Ejector Finishing Scrapers
The IMC Model LCE Series Laser Ejector Finishing Scrapers are designed for precision leveling and grading with medium horsepower tractors. Featuring a dual side cylinder ejection system, the scrapers ensure efficient loading and unloading by utilizing cylinders that work together, eliminating the need for complex valve systems. The offset pivot walking tandem axles absorb bounce during loading, reducing side pivoting and enhancing the accuracy of laser/GPS equipment, allowing high-speed operations without compromising precision. Key features include hydraulic controlled cutting and spreading height, dual cylinder ejection system, heavy-duty pivot walking tandem, heavy-duty yoke and hitch assembly, independent hubs, high carbon reversible blade, Laser/GPS receiver platform, and external threaded cylinders. Dual Side Cylinder Ejection
Cylinders work together for more efficient loading and unloading versus other systems that rely on cylinders working against each other and complicated valve systems that often fail & cause damage.
Offset Pivot Walking Tandem
LCE & LSE scrapers have heavy duty offset pivot walking tandem axles to absorb the bounce created when loading the scraper. This significantly reduces the side pivoting, also called "duck walking", effect that makes the laser/GPS equipment less accurate. This enables the operator to finish at higher speeds without sacrificing accuracy of the laser.
