OrganoPlate® 3-lane features 40 independent tissue culture chips with 3 adjacent channels per chip on a 384 well plate. OrganoPlate® comes in multiple formats to support different (co-)culture setups allowing you to develop complex 3D tissue- and organ models.

Each chip contains one in-gel culture channel and two perfusion channels. This enables one or multiple cultures in an extracellular matrix (ECM) and up to 2 perfused tubules adjacent to an ECM of choice, without artificial membranes. Compounds and stimuli can directly be added from the apical and basolateral sides of the culture. With this direct access, the platform enables perfusion and supports various barrier integrity-, transport-, and migration assays.
