Christianson - Inject Fertilizer Impregnation System
One of the most popular Inject-or applications is a fertilizer impregnation system for fertilizer plants. This system allows you to gently blow dry herbicides, drying agents, and trace minerals into your mixer without the need to shut down. The products are conveyed by air through 2″ carbon or stainless steel tubing directly into your mixer with minimal loss from spilling or dust. Batches can be discharged quickly and easily in 30 seconds to four minutes with no spills or loss of product.

The Inject-or ensures that all of the micro-components are delivered from the unit’s hopper into a mixer, tank, or other receiving point.
Load 500 to 800 Pounds Per BatchThe complete Inject-or System, blower package, and plumbing fitting and controls are made of carbon steel that is steel-grit blasted, primed, and top coated with a hard polyurethane paint. All stainless steel construction is also available. Installation is quick and easy. All tubing and elbows are flush-mounted and connected using bolted compression couplers. The blower has inlet and outlet silencers for quiet operation, an anti-reverse flow product check valve, and an easy-to-read pressure gauge. The system is simple and requires very little maintenance. Units are typically installed in 3 to 5 hours while the plant is running.
