The Jietai Intelligent Japonica Thailand Rice Color Sorter Machine is an advanced solution for sorting rice and other grains with precision. Utilizing a CCD sensor, the machine analyzes the light intensity and color variations of the grains, allowing for accurate filtering of discolored or defective items. It features 12 chutes and 768 channels, underpinning its superior capacity for processing various grain types including long-grain and round-grain rice. With a sorting accuracy of up to 99.99%, it ensures minimal wastage and high efficiency. The machine operates under an air pressure of 0.6-0.8 Mpa, consuming less than 3.8 liters of air per minute, and is powered by a 7.0 kW motor. Enhanced with a user-friendly IoT interface, it supports remote operation and data analysis. Its modular design enables quick maintenance and easy operation, making it suitable for diverse industrial applications. The system also incorporates intelligent self-inspection and automatic adjustments to maintain optimum functionality.Raw Material are put into the machine from its feeding hopper on the top,vibrated by vibration device and sliding along material chute into the zone of observation in sorting chamber through sensor and background plate.Under the effect of light source,CCD sensor receives compound light from materials being sorted.According to the light intensity and color changes,make the system produce output signal and drive solenoid valve to work ,ejecting the discolor grain to defect chamber and good materials continue to fall into the finished goods chamber.
