Interkraz - Rollers with Plastic Hub
As a rollers manufacturer, we constantly improve our products. For this reason we can provide light plastic hub rollers which can be used in internal transport conveyors and warehouse conveyors in the agricultural and food industry, processing industry, as well as pharmaceutical industry. In spite of intensive work, the design of the rollers allows maintaining their original properties and assuring smooth operation of the loose material transportation line for a long time. A simple design guarantees low failure rate and several-year operation, while smooth surface supports cleaning process, which is important in the agricultural and food and processing industries.
Product characteristics/general description
The rollers with plastic hubs are highly durable and silent. The roller’s design allows them to fit other components and assure smooth operation of belt conveyors. Due to the manufacture from well-selected materials, including reliable plastics, the rollers can operate at the temperature from 0° to 80°C. The basic model of the roller is equipped with a push-on hub in order to provide stability and smooth operation. Upon special request of the customer, we can provide additional stopper ring protection.
Versions/modifications for individual orders
As an independent rollers manufacturer, we use modern solutions and materials of special technical parameters. Thanks to this, we can provide light and compact rollers available in various designs, depending on customer’s needs. We allow configuring rollers in a way that they satisfy customer’s requirements through the use of ordinary, galvanized and stainless steel jacket and axis. To make sure the rollers fulfill their functions even better, we allow using special greases in the sealing for food industry, satisfying NSF H1 requirements.
