The milk coolers from Inventa N.S.T. Srl, branded under Polyfood, feature an advanced design aimed at optimizing dairy farm operations. Constructed with an internal basin and external covering made of AISI 304 stainless steel, these coolers ensure durability and hygiene. The inclined bottom design facilitates complete unloading, while the total primary surface evaporator maximizes efficiency. They are insulated with strong thickness ecological polyurethane foam, offering efficient thermal retention without the use of CFCs. The hinged lid allows easy access for internal cleaning, complemented by a DN 50 unloading valve. The refrigerating unit employs R404a refrigerating gas and supports direct expansion, maintaining cooling efficiency even with low milk volumes, aligning with ISO 5708 BIl class requirements. The electric plant is equipped with a computer for managing functions such as temperature control, programmable agitation, and remote alarm outputs, powered by a 400 V three-phase 50 Hz supply.
