JCW - Model CM04 -Automatic Joint Crimping and Sleeve Insertion Machine

The JCW-CM04 is a modular designed wire crimping machine for two wires and three terminals, furthermore,it can finish insulated sleeve insertion simultaneously.

  1. For joint crimping, two wires can be placed in parallel position of vertical position to meet different production needs.
  2. All of the processing parameters, such as stripping length, cutting length, crimping force,feeding speed etc are programmable.
  3. 7" LCD touch screen and user-friendly interface give intuitive operation, it ensures the accuracy of input and program.
  4. Servo-driven system ensures accurate, effective and stable performance.
  5. The JCW-CM04 adopts imported spare parts such as THK/HIWIN/TBI.
  6. Automatic detection function controlled by computer.
  7. The JCW-CM04 is compatible with different crimping applicators. The changeover is fast and easy.
