This machine cuts automatically the dark meat triangle from the salmon fillet. On-line it demands no operators. Can be installed in extension of other conveyor belts. The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted.
Capacity:
- 1 lane machine up to 1200 filets per hour.
- 2 lane machine up to 2400 filets per hour.
How does the machine work:
- The knives are adjusted in the right angle fully automatic.
- The size of fillets are mentioned on the screen.
- Now the filet runs through the machine and the dark meat is cut from the filet.
