Kangzhida - Chopped Leafy Vegetables Washer

This Chopped Leafy vegetable Processing Line was custom built for a leafy vegetable processing centre in Shanghai and consists of a chopper, conveyor belt and chopped vegetable washer. It is suitable for leaf vegetables, root vegetables and many kinds of fruits, such as: cabbage, lettuce, potato, Cucumber, etc.

As you can see from the video, the machine is able to cut many types of vegetables and then deep clean them. chopped vegetables are tossed in the washing pool by the air waves, which effectively clean the dirt and dust from the leaves.

The machine has a vibrating sieve at the far end which removes most of the water from the surface of the leafy vegetables by continuous vibration, which is then returned to the water tank for recycling.

5. The speed of the conveyor belt is adjustable.
6. The pump has an overload protection function. When the pump is overloaded, it can automatically stop the pump to prevent damage to the pump.
