Kangzhida - Vegetable Washer & Dryer

Food safety is a constant concern for commercial owners who need to achieve both good cleaning results and a high level of efficiency to replace increasing labour costs.

This Washer & Dryer can not only effectively removes dirt, mud, oil and other stains from the surface of food, but also removes most of the water from its surface. It has a maximum capacity of 500 kg/h for small leafy vegetables such as lettuce and 1500 kg/h for carrots, meat and lemons.

We tested the machine using carrots, cucumbers, spinach and plums, which belongs to root vegetables, leafy vegetables and fruits respectively, so it will be able to represent most of the foods we can see in our daily life. In addition, the machine can also clean meat and seafood, and we will test the machine with these foods in the future.

If the food you intend to wash is sinking at the bottom of the water due to its density, we recommend another model of washer, which has a conveyor belt at the bottom of the washing tank to move the food smoothly. 1. The machines are made of food grade 304 stainless steel, which meets hygiene safety standards.
2. The water in the water tank is recycled, which can save water and improve water utilization, and the water tanks have two-layer filtering devices.
3. The buttons on the control cabinet are 24V DC safety voltage, which can effectively guarantee personal safety.
4. Equipped with emergency stop, press it inwards and the machine will stop immediately.
5. Equipped with adjustable floor feet, you could freely adjust the height of these machines.
6. The pump has an overload protection function. When the pump is overloaded, it can automatically stop the pump to prevent damage to the pump.
7. The Dryer is equipped with a high-pressure blower, whose powerful flow rate effectively removes water from the surface of the food.
