SIMPLE TO OPERATE AND ADJUST
The separator requires no complex commissioning, as it has only a few types of adjustments: adjusting the suction power of the fan using a damper and the possibility to select a mesh for any grain and oilseed crops. Additionally, the PreClean separator:

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The separator works on the principle of separating impurities using:
Airflow (by weight) and
Mesh conveyor (by size).
The grain undergoes several stages of cleaning:
Large impurities (stones, straw) remain on the mesh conveyor and are discharged separately.
Light impurities (chaff, dust) are removed by the airflow, which carries them to the settling chamber, from where they are removed by the screw.
The cleaned product is discharged from the separator.
Even grain distribution is ensured by a feeder with a separate electric drive.
