KW Automation - Soil Mixer

Our unique spiral mixing system is engineered to continuously fold materials from the outside to the centre and back again, ensuring thorough and even mixing with no dead zones. Each mixer is fitted with four heavy-duty spirals—two left-hand and two right-hand. The outer spirals draw material toward the centre of the bowl, while the inner spirals move material back outward, creating a balanced and efficient mixing action. As the mixer transitions to discharge, the inner spirals disengage, allowing the outer spirals to fully and efficiently empty the bowl.

KW Automation soil mixers are built to handle a wide range of soil blends, from fine nursery media through to more abrasive mixes.

Available Options & Configurations:

• Available in 1, 2, and 3 cubic metre capacities
• Supplied in Light Duty or Heavy Duty configurations
• Light Duty: Suitable for standard nursery mixes and lighter blending applications
• Heavy Duty: Designed for mixes containing more than 10% sand, bark, or gravel
• Optional 3 mm wear liners for added protection when handling abrasive materials
