The Bennu line is a nest that, unlike its phoenix brother, has tarpaulins that allow an open space inside to create a collective laying system. This system is the most popular among farmers, since it allows the entry of many chickens simultaneously and the tarps allow more darkness inside and this gives more privacy to the chickens. Undoubtedly one of the most recommended products for lovers of Bio poultry farming.
We recommend that the number of laying hens should be as follows:
- Bennu 50 cm: 15 laying hens
- Bennu 75 cm: 22 laying hens
- Bennu 100 cm: 30 laying hens

The interior space of the Bennu nest is open, that means that it has no gaps, allowing more hens to enter to lay their eggs collectively.
Being an open space, we add 20 cm PVC tarpaulins at the entrance to create an intimate atmosphere inside the Bennu nest, this makes the hens more comfortable laying collectively.
The laying nest has a 35 mm diameter perch, perfect for the hen`s feet, which improves their well-being when entering the nest. The tube is 1.5 mm thick, giving it an ideal strength to withstand heavy use.
With your Bennu laying nest line, we include an Astroturf poultry pad as a gift. The Astroturf poultry pad keeps the nest cleaner and improves the well-being of the hens` legs. It also keeps the egg cleaner as it rolls into the tray.
It has ventilation on all sides and separators to avoid condensation inside the laying nest, being a problem both for the hens and to avoid oxidation.
It has two upper tabs to hang the laying nest on the wall.
The hooks on the nest, perch and tube are 1.2 - 1.5 mm thick to further ensure the strength and durability of the nest.
