The ALMACO Light-Duty Grain Drill (LDGD) is custom designed for efficient operation in conventional- to no-tillage applications. While this implement is for light-duty operations, the channel iron framework is formed with 10-guage steel and made to last. The seed is metered with cone planting units and distributed by a spin divider for proven planting dependability and multi-crop compatibility. John Deere openers with depth control and strong closing wheels come standard. Adjustable row spacing supports the unique needs of each seed research application. Available in 3- to 12-row configurations, the LDGD can be equipped with automated planting technology for even more efficient operation.
