LIPCO - Model Type FRD -Conveyor and Cleaning Unit
The conveying and cleaning unit uses a suction blower to completely clean the fruit of leaves and wood, significantly faster and more precisely than conventional systems. Despite this efficient cleaning process, there is no loss of quality; the fruit quality (industrial grade) in the final packaging remains optimal.
The fruit, shaken onto cloths, is simply rolled into the trough. The previous method of emptying into small containers and repeatedly lifting by hand is eliminated.
The trough is hydraulically raised, and the fruit is precisely metered to the suction blower via a conveyor belt (with a defined platform height).
The conveying and cleaning unit comes standard with a plug-in carrier for large crates and a push-through plate.
The tractor requires one pressure line and one free return line.
