HondeTech - Long Range Capacitive Soil Moisture Sensor with Wireless Connectivity
The long capacitive soil moisture sensor is engineered for precise soil moisture monitoring across various applications. It integrates advanced technologies such as GPRS, Lora, Lorawan, and WiFi for wireless data transmission, making it suitable for remote and real-time monitoring. Constructed with high-strength ABS plastic and epoxy resin, the sensor boasts an IP68 waterproof rating, allowing it to be completely buried in soil or submerged. The probe is treated with a unique plating process to achieve H8 hardness, offering excellent scratch, corrosion, and acid-alkali resistance, ideal for use in different soil types, including saline areas. It measures soil moisture ranging from 0 to 100% with ±5% accuracy and operates within a temperature range of -30°C to 70°C. Customizable in size and configuration, the sensor connects through various wireless protocols, providing compatibility with data loggers and transmission modules.
