The ST DLX Cargo Trailer combines rugged construction with practical design, making it a trusted choice for hauling gear, tools, or toys. Its enclosed trailer design ensures secure transport, while a V-nose profile and steel tube frame deliver both performance and dependability. Loading and access are easy with your choice of a rear ramp door with assist or barn-style double doors, plus a precision-built SOLIDOOR™ side entry for a square, leak-resistant fit.
Built for strength, the ST DLX features steel tube wall studs and roof bows, providing superior rigidity compared to stamped or formed sections. The V-nose front enhances aerodynamics while adding extra storage capacity. Drop spring axles with easy lube hubs offer a smooth ride, and Battlecoat® Polyurea coating protects exposed surfaces from wear. Additionally, an asphalt-based automotive undercoat shields the frame from moisture and road debris for lasting durability.
The ST DLX Cargo Trailer is designed for durability in any environment, featuring a seamless aluminum roof and a partially screwless .030” aluminum exterior secured with VHB bonding and color-matched screws for a clean, resilient finish. A 16” ATP stoneguard guards against road debris, while sidewall airflow vents promote ventilation. The CAD-engineered SOLIDOOR™ side entry, with precision cut aluminum extrusions and a laminated core, ensures a precise, weather-resistant seal.
Inside, the ST DLX enclosed trailer offers a tough, practical workspace with high-performance engineered wood walls and 3/4” engineered wood flooring, built to withstand heavy loads and daily use. Vinyl-trimmed wall transitions add a clean, finished look. Interior visibility is assured with an LED light and a wall-mounted switch, while all-LED exterior lighting enhances safety on the road.
