FromOSEVA, a. s.
CELUKA is a hybrid maize variety developed through a three-way cross, belonging to the FAO 220 group. It is characterized by a flint-intermediate grain type, suitable for silage applications, and is maintained by CEZEA's breeding station in Čejč. The optimal plant density for CELUKA is between 85,000 to 95,000 plants per hectare, which ensures effective utilization of space for maximum yield. In terms of nutritional content, this hybrid maize contains 36.21% starch, 21.26% fiber, and 47.58% NDF in the whole plant. Its digestible fiber content reaches 59.98%, with DNDF at 59.62%, and an overall organic matter digestibility of 69.12%. Additionally, it has an energy value of 6.46 MJ/kg of NEL, making it a valuable choice for livestock feed where energy utilization and fiber digestibility are critical. Most popular related searches
