PAS - Manure Mixers for Various Storage Systems
PAS Manure Storage Systems BV specializes in the supply, assembly, and repair of manure mixers from the SUMA brand. Depending on the type of fertilizer, you can have the storage mixed. But in many cases it is more sensible (because of the levels in the manure) to keep the mixing in your own hands.
PAS supplies mixers of the SUMA brand for manure basins, manure bags, silos and cellars. This varies from submersible mixers on a guide rod to more than 10 meters long mixers through an embankment. We also supply and assemble parts and repair all other types of mixers such as Buschmann and Reck.
To know which type of mixer is suitable for your storage system, it is important to know what kind of manure to mix, the amount of manure and of course the height and diameter of the silo.
For this we supply various types of mixers:
- Mixer through the silo wall
A PTO mixer is placed through the silo wall. Inside the silo, the mixer is fixed to the concrete floor or a concrete slab. The 45 ° bucket can optionally be operated with a rotary rod outside the silo. - Mixer through the slope
A 10 meter (or longer) mixer is placed through the slope of a foil basin / manure bag and sealed with a sleeve attached to the foils. Mounted on a concrete slab, it is skewed through the slope in order to obtain the optimal back-up. - Mixer over the slope
In existing basins it is quite easy to place a mixer over the slope. By creating a ramp at dike height, a tractor can easily reach it.
Immersion mixer in a slurry bag
The guide tube with the mixer is placed on a concrete slab in the middle of the manure bag. This can be rotated 360 °. - Immersion mixer on the inside of the silo
The immersion mixer is placed on a guide tube, the same height as the silo wall. This can be up and down, but also turned to mix the manure around.
The mixers can be supplied electrically or PTO driven. The type of mixer, the capacity, the meter box connections and which type of tractor must be taken into account.
The SUMA mixers are characterized by simplicity and reliability. The SUMA manure mixers are used by us in silos and through the slope in manure basins and manure bags. The manure mixers are PTO or electrically driven.
SUMA Z3
The SUMA mixer Z3 is characterized by ease of use. The mixer achieves a high capacity due to propellers of 66 cm. Thanks to the unique bearings, it is also possible to work at 1000 revolutions per minute. The unique construction makes maintenance user-friendly.

SUMA Z4
With this fertilizer mixer you have the same advantages as with the Z3. This mixer is heavier for higher powers and longer mixer lengths.

- Standard blade Ø 660 mm
These mixers are used in all types of silos, basins and manure bags. For silos with diameters up to 30 meters, this mixer is extremely suitable for getting the manure homogeneous.
