Standard features of the FAN Profi separators are a vibration motor, outlet and a floating suspended filter. The unique characteristics of these features are:

• The vibrator motor ensures better filling by eliminating air bubbles. As a result the manure can be compressed more efficiently, capacity is greater and the end product is dryer.
• The outlet has been designed in such a way that the end product receives even pressure throughout and comes out evenly dry all over.
• The cast steel housing contains the stainless steel filter which is suspended so that it floats and is able to move with the stainless steel auger. This prevents the filter from clogging. Where the auger is exposed to greater wear, it has been reinforced through additional welding and hardening, which makes it very durable.

These unique features ensure that the FAN separator achives a high output with low power consumption. The use of high-quality materials means that your operating costs are kept to a minimum.
