Mechanical Digger Escala

SHARE

The spring-loaded mechanical diggers or interceptors consist of an optional hydraulic cylinder and a working blade with paddle. It is a machine of easy functionality that offers a perfect digging. It is used to dig goblet vines with little or abundant vegetation and trained vines, from the second or third year, both in goblet and trained vines. It can be attached to both extendable and fixed cultivators or any other type of cultivator or agricultural implement.

WITH SPRING AND FIXED BAR

In the digger with spring and fixed bar, pressure regulation is only feasible from the machine itself; the driver must get off the tractor and manually regulate the digger pressure.

This type of fixed bar anchor is recommended to be mounted on extendable cultivators so that in case of emergency the cultivator can be pulled back together with the digger.

WITH SPRING AND CYLINDER

The mechanical digger with hydraulic cylinder allows the folding of the machine in irrigated plantations, just at the end of each row, where the irrigation pipe connections are located, to avoid breaking them.

It also allows to provide working pressure on uneven terrain, from the tractor cab.

This digger is recommended for plantations where vines have been replanted, as it is hydraulically retracted from the tractor cab. This digger is versatile thanks to its hydraulic cylinder, as it can be coupled to both fixed and extendable cultivators.

If we work with the two diggers, one on each side of the cultivator, we have solenoid valves with electric control that allows us to separate right or left in case of replanted plants, entry into the row of irrigation and folding of the machines independently of one or the other.
