Metal Engineering - Model MD -Mixer Doser
Mixer-doser MD is designed for the accumulation, mixing and dosed supply of solid substrates (corn silage, grass silage, bird droppings, solid manure, etc.) to the fermenter of a biogas plant or equipment downstream. Mixer-doser in combination with our screw conveyors provide uniform power to the biogas station.
Optimal Solution For All Requirements
The surfaces in contact with the raw material of the feeder and screw conveyors are made of wear-resistant stainless steel or ferrous metal and are coated with plastic (thickness up to 15 mm) to ensure a long service life of the equipment.
Weighing system with strain gauges ensures control of the substrate supply for further processing. Optional mixer-doser is equipped with a cover with hydraulic drive.
Vertical Auger Mixer
The vertical auger mixer is equipped with metering, mixing blades and knives for grinding fibrous inclusions. Depending on the type of substrate, the feeder is completed with mixers of different sizes. Driving by means of a glider gear motor, with a maximum torque of 52,000 Nm.
