Meyers - Model 350 -Single and Tandem Axle Manure Spreader
The Model 350 Manure Spreader by Meyer`s Equipment Manufacturing Corporation features a main beater equipped with replaceable 1/4-inch thick AR400 steel paddles. This abrasion-resistant steel is quenched and tempered, offering high resistance to wear and hardness with a durable, impact-resistant surface, suitable for handling heavy-duty manure spreading tasks. The model`s capacity is calculated as per ASAE 324.2 JUL2018 standards with a hydraulic gate included as standard, ensuring efficient volumetric capacity handling for open-top manure spreaders. This model is available in both single and tandem axle configurations, making it versatile for various agricultural applications.
All Solid Poly Box
Our box features a 1/2" thick High Density Solid Poly Floor and 3/4" thick Solid Poly sides for easy cleaning and minimal freeze up. Also, less friction means less force needed to pull the load off. The box flares are made of SAE 304 Stainless Steel. Built to last!Front Chain Drive
Easily accessible front drive chain utilizes a spring-loaded chain tensioner to reduce premature wear. A greaseable shear sprocket assembly protects other components should the beaters be overloaded. Sprockets configurable for a 540 RPM or 1000 RPM PTO Drive.
Heavy-Duty Gearboxes
Main beater is directly driven by a 90° bevel gearbox with a 1:1 Ratio. The apron drive features an In-Line Parallel Shaft Gear Reducer with a 31.4:1 ratio. Very high efficiency and torque. No worm gear also means less heat and more durability, along with better seal & lube life. Both feature bevel and cylindrical forged gears made from the best material available today by the same manufacturer with a worldwide reputation.
Optional Hydraulic Apron
Optional hydraulic apron drive allows the operator to match the spreading rate and pattern with the manure consistency by varying the speed of the apron. Speed can be adjusted by a manual flow control valve at the front of the spreader.
Optional Top Beater
An optional top beater provides more uniform spreading. It also breaks up large chunks of manure that otherwise may be carried over the main beater.
Wear-Resistant Paddles
The main beater is equipped with replaceable 1/4" thick AR400 steel paddles. AR400 is an abrasion resistant (AR) quenched and tempered alloy steel that exhibits high abrasion resistance and hardness with a durable, impact-resistant surface.
Heavy-Duty Apron Chain
The 67P11 Positive Lock Chain is made of the highest quality construction for heavy duty work in farming and other industrial projects. The links of the chain are made of a one piece construction with no pins to bend, lock or shear.
Optional Rock Guard
An optional rock guard can be added to this unit to keep you and your tractor safer from large rocks and debris that could hit the tractor cab.
