Micro Rainbow Mix falls in the purple and teal portions of the FlavorSpectrum™, representing a vibrant, zesty combination of flavor notes including a palpable earthiness and slightly sweet + peppery finish.
Nutrient Profile
Microgreens can contain considerably higher levels of vitamins and carotenoids—about 5X greater—than their mature plant counterparts, according to the United States Department of Agriculture. Micro Rainbow Mix contains micro cabbage. Red cabbage microgreens found in this blend have up to 6X more Vitamin C and up to 260X more Beta Carotene than mature red cabbage.
